Damage caused by wildlife is an emerging conflict that is generating serious losses to farmers and ranchers; they represent a threat to the proper functioning of the transport infrastructures (roads and airports, especially), and also cause damages in the maintenance of urban green spaces, reforestation or in other areas. In urban areas, the growing presence of wild boar causes damage to urban infrastructure and, even, it is likely to pose risks to people. In fact, it is the specie that generates more damages and which most of the measures described in this document are intended.
